Refund & Exchange Policy for Boteh.shop

1. Eligible Products

Apparel purchased from Boteh.shop is eligible for refund & exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original packaging with tags intact

2. Non-Eligible Products

• Products purchased during sale periods or at discounted pricing are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund or exchange, customers must contact care@boteh.shop with the following details:

• Order number
• Receipt number

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take between 14 to 30 days.
